Vegan Peanut Butter and Jelly Recipe
1 Servings | 4 Weight Watchers PointsPlus
- 1/2 serving chocolate Protein Powder (I use Vega One)
- 3 TBSP powdered peanut butter
- 1 cup non-dairy milk (almond, cashew, soy…)
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1.5 cups frozen mixed berries
- Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until contents liquify.
- Transfer to glass and enjoy!
