Vegan Lemon Garlic Broccoli Recipe
4 Servings – Approximately 1 cup per serving | 1 Weight Watchers PointsPlus per serving*

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. Mix extra-virgin olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic. Toss broccoli with the oil mixture.
  3. Spread out the broccoli on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake until tender, approximately 20 minutes. Transfer to bowl and toss with lemon juice.
