Vegan Chocolate Fudge Brownie Recipe
9 Servings, 1 brownie per serving | 3 Weight Watchers PointsPlus per serving

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup spelt flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup Sucanat
  • 1 packet Stevia
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk
  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl until smooth.
  3. Mix wet and dry ingredients in bowl. Pour into oiled 8×8 pan. Cook for 12-18 minutes at 325 F.
  4. Let cool at least 20-30 minutes before serving.
