Vegan Chocolate Fudge Brownie Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1/2 cup spelt flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup Sucanat
- 1 packet Stevia
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons almond milk
- 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Mix wet and dry ingredients in bowl. Pour into oiled 8×8 pan. Cook for 12-18 minutes at 325 F.
- Let cool at least 20-30 minutes before serving.
