  • 1 low carb soft tortilla
  • ¼ cup black beans
  • ¼ cup brown rice
  • 2 tablespoons non-dairy shredded cheddar cheese (I use Daiya)

Ingredients (optional 0 PointsPlus toppings):

  • shredded lettuce
  • caramelized onion
  • salsa


  1. Mix and heat black beans, brown rice and cheese.
  2. Place on top of tortilla and add your 0 PointsPlus toppings.
  3. Roll up the burrito and enjoy!
